Co-Founder, Operations and Systems

Tommy came in as a client. A first time homebuyer who did his homework, went deep on the details, and still felt left out of the process. That frustration became a blueprint for what a brokerage should actually feel like from the client side. Today he leads the systems, technology, and operational infrastructure that keeps 5050 running leaner and smarter than the competition.

Co-Founder, Broker and Agent Development

Rick came in as a broker. Eight years of experience, over a thousand closings, and a front row seat to exactly where agents drop the ball. Not because they lack skill, but because the industry rewards speed over substance and transactions over relationships. At 5050, Rick sets the standards, coaches the agents, and manages the brokerage from a fiduciary standpoint so every client is empowered, educated, and meaningfully represented to make the best decision for themselves.
